- Refund & Damaged Product Policy
Customers are allowed to open the parcel before handing over cash to our delivery rider.
If your product is received damaged, you must inform us within 3–5 days after delivery. You can return the parcel through TCS to our provided address.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the product is confirmed to be damaged upon delivery, you may choose:

.A full refund.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and confirmation.
